Workshop Description

  • The purpose of this introductory hands-on workshop is to learn how to conduct low voltage system studies as well as provide a refresher on modeling power systems using ETAP software during the four days of training.
  • The unbalanced system modeling, load flow, short-circuits studies, and device protection, selectivity & coordination in low voltage systems along with several hands-on practical exercises are the main focus of this workshop.
  • Special topics will be covered for low voltage device sizing, and safety grounding.
Also included is a refresher course of power system modeling fundamentals, equipment sizing, power flow problems, short circuit analysis & protective device coordination.
  • An ETAP workstation is provided for each attendee.
  • This workshop is CPD Certified.
