ETAP Star provides intelligent tools to analyze system protection and selectivity including troubleshooting false trips and evaluating protective device mis-coordination.  The software also provides automatic detection and evaluation of system protection and coordination based on customized design criteria and industry guidelines.

ETAP StarZ offer capabilities to include sliding fault analysis and detailed impedance relay (21) modeling for transmission and distribution protection and coordination.  StarZ offers protection engineer the tools to examine the performance of distance relay settings, scheme logics, analog and digital interfaces to instrument transformers, circuit breakers, isolator switches and other protective devices.

ETAP FLISR solution minimizes outage disruption by enabling faster fault detection, location prediction, isolation and optimal restoration through use of network model and real time data acquired from protective devices, fault indicators, meters and customer reports. Utilizing network model and real time data combined with power of various ETAP tools such as predictive load flow analysis and optimization.

This 1-day free technical seminar provides an overview of ETAP Power System Analysis Software and new features in the ETAP 16.1 release. The focus will be on ETAP Protection & Coordination Software.
