Traction Unified Power Flow
Traction Unified Power Flow
Traction power flow utilizes advanced unbalanced network modeling to simultaneously solve AC transmission, AC or DC traction power, and low-voltage signaling circuits within a unified time-series simulation environment. The Train Performance Calculator integrates directly into the analysis, converting rolling-stock mechanical demands into precise electrical load profiles on the traction power grid. The solution is developed with compliance to EN50641 standard, reinforcing accuracy, reliability, and industry-aligned performance.
