Compliance with Safety Guidelines

  • Limit the arc flash incident energy based on protective device maximum fault clearing time (e.g., two seconds)
  • Built-in empirical equation range limit alerts & system grounding configurations
  • Automatically distinguish between load & line side protective devices
  • User-definable & typical equipment gap between conductors, enclosure dimensions, & working distances (based on IEEE 1584)
  • LV arc sustainability (i.e. 240V, Ibf < 2KA) automatic assignment
  • Simulate main protective device isolation in the arc flash analysis by using user-defined tools
  • Determine are flash boundary based on different incident energy limits (i.e. EB energy values)
  • The arc flash analysis software include standard-defined insulating gloves for printing on the on the arc flash safety labels
