Voltage Stability Introduction - presented in Spanish

Webinar Description

ETAP Voltage Stability Solution is based on a number of modules and functionalities that allow simulating and analyzing electrical voltage collapses, which are significant threats to generation, distribution, industrial and power supply companies. The long-term interoperability condition of an energy system is essential and linked to effective planning and analysis of the electrical system.

Topics covered in this webinar:

In this webinar, we will be looking at the Voltage Stability (VS) module, which allows us to accurately identify the maximum system load capacity and reactive power limits to compensate for the requirements.  Also, you will learn to identify the limits of voltage stability.

You will learn to simulate the impact of the voltage instability; as well as to carry out the sensitivity analysis, calculate and report the instability of the indices and evaluate the results through network and plot views.

The webinar starts at 12:00 PM CDT (UTC-5) and is broadcast in Spanish

Who should attend

Currently, transmission, generation, distribution and industrial companies are studying scenarios to understand the impact of compensating the reactive power of devices, the best location and improvement in stability margins.

Engineers, designers, chief operating officers, and managers who simulate the impact of electrical voltage instability, identify the limits of stability and proximity of instability, as well as identify serious contingencies with less margin load are invited to participate in this training.

This webinar is free. Registration is required.
