14th Annual India User Conference Series, February 2020

ETAP INDIA invited the electrical engineering community to their 14th Annual User Conference Series hosted Mumbai, Chennai & New Delhi from 12th to 14th of February 2020. More than 600 people attended the events and their participation and contributions made the conferences a huge success and learning experience for all participants. 

This year’s Conference theme was, “Design to Real Time Operation – Operation to Optimal Planning”.


Attendees learned how ETAP’s products & solutions can be used effectively to achieve their digital goals, and how to monitor and analyze their power networks with ease.

Features and capabilities of ETAP's latest software version, ETAP 19.5 were demonstrated and showed how Users can elevate their ETAP projects to the next level. 

ETAP’s CEO & President, Dr. Farrokh Shokooh opened the event, providing an Overview on Using ETAP as the Foundation for Power Digitization. Presentations by ETAP CTO, Mr. Tanuj Khandelwal covered Integrated Power System Design & Operation Technology and Using etap Grid™ effectively for Oil & Gas, T&D, Transportation & Smart City Sectors. Mr. Kannan Kamal, Director at ETAP India rounded out with sessions covering ETAP's Model Driven Power Management Solution and how it can solve legacy challenges.

Additionally, customers shared experiences by presenting case studies of their projects and demonstrated how ETAP helped them address their challenges, as well as advance their practices in industries like oil & gas, T&D, airports, railways and mission critical data centers. 

Attendees also had the opportunity to attend live demonstrations of ETAP's products & solutions displayed in the Tech Area and interact with ETAP experts for all their queries. Finally, the event wrapped up with a raffle drawing with the opporunity to win free ETAP Licenses, won by a member of Technimont (Mumbai), Entech Consultancy (Chennai) & ISGEC (New Delhi)
