Export Compliance Forms

Review and complete the applicable Export Compliance screening form when your company is receiving products from ETAP. The screening forms will be reviewed by ETAP’s Export Compliance team prior to the release of physical shipments from any ETAP location, including ETAP and/or third party products*.

Complete Export Control Assurance (ECA), English
Complete Export Control Assurance (ECA), English/Chinese
Complete the Export Control Assurance (ECA) form for each country location where your company is receiving products from ETAP.

*The term "products" includes hardware, software and technology.
