Integrated AC & DC Design & Analysis
Model-Driven SCADA, EMS, PMS, ADMS & SAS
A Unified Digital Twin PlatformDesign, Operation, and Automation
The ETAP User Group will meet at the Office of Bechtel Corporation
Power system predictive simulation using ETAP is the first step to validate the designed model and provide functionality to perform “what if” scenarios to forecast outcomes of actions. Plant Engineers and Operators can use the same ETAP design model to perform predictive simulations using actual operating data as the initial baseline. This presentation will demonstrate the many benefits of predictive simulation modeling using ETAP and how to use operating and archived plant data to predict system behavior. Key Benefits: - Validate Design Using Actual System Measurements - Predict System Response Based on Operator Actions - Identify Potential Operating Problems - Perform “What If” Operating Scenarios
Chapter Chair: Terry Tadlock, Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer - Bechtel Technical Chair: Miguel Sanchez D., Electrical Automation lead OG&C - Bechtel Presenters: Victor Andrade, Principal Power Engineer - ETAP Carlos Tlalpan, Senior Automation & Controls Engineer - ETAP
Benefits of attending:
Power System Engineers, Consultants, Plant Engineers, Owners & Operators
