Description: Well established Electrical Power System Analysis & Operation Software firm is seeking a full-time Software Developer with 5+ years of full-time software development work experience. Software developer selected for this position will be responsible for interpreting requirements, producing enhancements, and implementing new features for real-time power management and simulation systems. Electrical power industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to mentor younger software engineers.

Qualification:

- Microsoft Visual Studio, C++, C#, .NET, Win32 API, Multi-threaded programming (MFC, TCP/IP programming a plus).

- 5-10 years experience of software development

- 5+ years experience Microsoft Visual Studio, C++ (MFC a plus)

- Knowledge of multi-threaded development, TCP/IP and socket programming on Windows platform.

- Experience with OPC, DNP3, MODBUS, MongoDB, SQL, WCF, SOAP, WPF and MVVM is a plus.

- Must be self-motivated and able to work well with other software developers.


Education: - BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Applied Sciences is required.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
