Description:

Are you good with CRM systems? So sharp that you can see yourself sharing your knowledge with your colleagues while also thriving in the operational tasks? Then look here. In your new job as a CRM Expert, you'll handle CRM deployment across ETAP companies.

The CRM Expert/Project Manager will take over the supervision of the deployment and future operations of the ETAP CRM, having a dual role of Project Manager and CRM Expert.

CRM PM will play a key role on the ETAP transformation, having frequent interlocution with the ETAP business owners, and with a strong focus in Customer Success, Marketing and Commercial, helping them define and implement CRM improvements in their areas.

CRM PM will work closely with the Enterprise IT Architecture defining the connection between the CRM and the rest of ETAP applications, leveraging the integration between the IT platforms.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Data Migration and Interface – preparation, testing and go live
  • Set up a support model and lead the support model implementation and daily operations after go live, including resolutions of incidents.
  • Optimize business procedures managed through the CRM. Provide roadmaps, manage vendor’s activities and coordinate between different stakeholders.
  • Contribute actively to the CRM IT operations, cybersecurity, and audits related with the CRM domain
  • Follow up with feature requests and support tickets, managing access rights and roles.
  • Setting up and validating all new Rollouts and Upgrades.
  • Train teams and supervise CRM adoption - communicate and promote.

Qualification:
  • Good communicator, to be able share their findings and suggestions, with change management skills and well organized.
  • Excellent knowledge of current ETAP Platforms, mainly CRM, Marketing and ERP. With probed experience on the supervising or deploying CRM, preferably SalesForce.com.
  • Additional experience in managing global projects, audits, and cybersecurity initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, flexibility, team spirit, growth mindset and creativity to come with “out of the box” solutions
  • Salesforce: 3 years (Preferred)
  • CRM: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Project Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Data Migration: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:
  • A bachelor's or graduate's degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
