Setting the standard in quality products, OTI was the first to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification. The scope of our certification covers all activities related to design, development, production, and support of ETAP.

OTI undergoes periodic quality system assessments by outside quality assurance professionals. This is in addition to our internal audits, comprehensive audits, and assessments.
