Several Enhancements & Modifications
including Arc Flash, Short-Circuit, and
ETAP Star (Device Coordination/Selectivity)

The OTI Development Team is pleased to announce the release of ETAP 5.0.1, which is a point release with several enhancements and modifications including Arc Flash Module - IEEE 1584, IEC Short-Circuit Module, Device Coordination/Selectivity - ETAP Star, and Library. ETAP 5.0.1 is a complete program and does not require any previous ETAP installation.

“We recommend ETAP users to utilize this latest release in order to take advantage of the new features and capabilities. We strive to provide our customers with advanced features and industry standard engineering tools,” said Mary Beal, Vice President Sales & Marketing of Operation Technology, Inc.

This upgrade is being shipped free of charge to users with a valid ETAP Upgrade and User Support Contract (UUC). The agreement interval is 12 months and includes: upgrades and new releases (including ETAP 5.0.1), unlimited software support, unlimited engineering support, full access to OTI’s engineering expertise by the customer’s entire engineering staff, and full credit on any license upgrades.
