Operation Technology, Inc. is pleased to announce Gary Donner
has joined OTI as Project Manager for OTI’s Engineering
Consulting division. Mr. Donner is joining a team of solution
experts and will contribute to the design and development of
ETAP products due to his extensive theoretical and practical
hands on experience of power system.
Mr. Donner was a supervising engineer for instrument and electric utilities for Shell Oil Products U.S. based in Southern California. He retired from Shell Oil Products after 35 years of service.

We look forward to Gary’s contributions to our expanding engineering services and products,” said Shervin Shokooh, Vice President, Engineering Consulting.
Holder of three patents, author of several IEEE prize-winning
papers, an IEEE Fellow and a Registered Engineer in the State
of California, Mr. Donner has been a member of the State of California
High Voltage Advisory Committee. He is active in the IEEE and
API where he is on several standard drafting committees. He is
the past Committee Chairman of the IEEE PCIC Manufacturing Sub-Committee,
the past Chairman of the API 541 Induction Motor Committee, past
Chairman of the API 546 Synchronous Motor Committee, and the
current Chairman of the IEEE P-1458 Circuit Breaker Committee.
