ETAP 262
Power Quality & Stability with Introduction to Arc Flash
2-Day Workshop

Johannesburg, South Africa
March 8-9, 2012

Topic Details:
Day 1 The electrical power transient stability calculation program enables engineers to accurately model power system dynamics and transient by simulating system disturbances and other events.
Day 2 Harmonic analysis encompasses harmonic load flow, harmonic impedance, frequency scans at various busbars and the ability to design a broad range of harmonic filters for any problems encountered. The Arc Flash Analysis program is a completely integrated module that solves multiple scenarios to determine worst-case arc flash energy levels.

Description:   This hands-on workshop provides the skills, knowledge, and techniques necessary to become proficient in ETAP to conduct power system studies, from modeling to analysis. The purpose of this workshop is to develop a thorough understanding of ETAP’s capabilities and analytical techniques to solve a variety of practical problems.

The modules to be covered in this workshop include Transient Stability, Harmonic Analysis and Arc Flash.

Delegates are required to bring their own laptop. If you have administrative restrictions on your laptop, please contact us to ensure that the software is loaded prior to training.
