ETAP Expands its Help-Desk Support Centers

Global Presence with Local Support

Irvine, Calif. – June 18, 2014 — ETAP, the leading provider of power system software solutions, today announced a global integration and expansion of its technical support resources. Help-Desk is now extended to regional ETAP Technical Support Centers in 20 languages including:

Portuguese, Korean, English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Mongolian, Turkish, Arabic, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Malaysian, Indonesian, and more

ETAP historically has received stellar rankings in customer satisfaction for its technical support services. This globalization of access to ETAP’s support and Help-Desk enhances that reputation.

Technical Support Centers which are now centralized on ETAP Help-Desk database include:

Japan, South Korea, Philippines, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Russia, Ukraine, Middle East, Spain, Brazil, North Africa, West Africa, South Africa
